Dear Parents/Guardians,

As you are aware from our calendar, a meeting to discuss Subject Choice for Junior Certificate was scheduled for 1st Year parents for Wednesday next, January 25th.

Due to the earlier postponement of the 1st Year Parent Teacher Meeting, it would be unwise to ask students to make choices without parents having had an opportunity to meet teachers.  I will therefore be rescheduling the Subject Choice meeting for a date to be advised later.

With kind regards,

Robert Dunne,

Principal.

We wish the following 4th Year students every success as they present projects in the Young Scientist Competition in the RDS this week.

Congratulations to the Senior B, Cadette A and Cadette B basketball teams who defeated opposing teams from Loreto High School Beaufort in thrilling Loreto Semi-Finals on Wednesday 11th January.  We look forward to the Loreto finals.

This year's Ladies Lunch will take place on Saturday 1st April at the Royal Marine Hotel. Details to follow.....

The Senior B Basketball team have just won the Loreto final over Stephens Green 41-28 and  remain undefeated after 20 games this year.

Best wishes to the Cadette A Basketball team who play in Round 2 of the All Ireland Play Offs in Bagenalstown on Saturday.

The Senior girls relay team of Zofja Cautley, Sorcha Gueret, Katie Baguley and Charlotte O'Riordan got Gold in both the Freestyle and Medley relays.

The Intermediate girls relay team of Aislinn Pantony, Zoe Wallace, Julia Evans and Charlotte O'Riordan got bronze in the Freestyle relay. (Charlotte swam for both teams).

All girls did brilliantly in their individual events too. The following got medals:
